Honorio was right on time for our "check engine" issue appointment. It turned out to be something fairly simple, but he explained everything thoroughly and is a very experienced and knowledgeable mechanic. He then helped me to add an extra Your Mechanic service quickly on his phone--tire rotation--which only cost an extra $5. I would definitely hire him again to fix my car.

Erick was great! Very helpful throughout the whole experience. He even offered to grab me from work since my car was about a 10 minute walk from there. And later, he offered to give me a ride home since I was not too far away. I did not take him up on it but I think the offers were thoughtful. Unfortunately, my car was beyond a quick fix but I made sure to schedule him to come back and spend the hours to repair it.

My name is Mickey. The reason you check the ratings for Jason on this website is that you are seeking a trustworthy auto repair mechanic online as I did. If so, I want to assure you that, like me, you just found one, Jason. I won't reiterate all my top rankings on those questions on this review, but just give you my truthful feedback that if my other cars would need to be fixed tomorrow, I will definitely contact "YourMechanic Services Inc" (requesting Jason) online or text Jason first. Frankly, before I tried Jason, in addition to many 5-star or 4-star reviews, I saw a few one-star or two-star types of reviews as you may have seen online now. However, after I read the details of those "low enthusiasm" comments (such as taking a longer time than anticipated for him to fix the car or being somewhat late, etc), none of them concerned me at all because what I focused on was whether Jason could get the job done and done well. After Jason came to fix my car today, I was so glad that I certainly made a right choice to have this great young mechanic fix my car, which was done not only very well, but also on time and inexpensively (as compared with the cost at most auto repair shops I had used before). For instance, the job was about replacing two major engine belts (I don't know how to call them) plus helping me fix some bolts, fill up several kinds of fluids (with my own fluids), and check many items on my car. After a good ~70 min work, he only charged me $95 for labor plus the cost of new parts and tax (in total $144 only). Besides, it saved my effort to drive my troubled car to the shop (this was a big issue to me). Truthfully, I felt uncomfortable if I would not give him a good "thank you" tip (for money often speaks louder than thanking words). You may ask him how much tip I gave him if you have a chance to try him someday (I am proud of his work anyway). More importantly, the problem with my car was fully solved and I felt comfortable to drive my car to my workplace in another town after Janso left. BTW, if I continue to go on sharing how much I like Jason's work and his friendly attitude, etc, I am afraid that he may become too busy to take my call next time when I need a great young mechanic like him to fix my car. (For my own sake, I should stop here :-) Have Joy when you try Jason on your car issue. God bless you and yours. It's my pleasure to share with you that I just found one, Jason.
