He was fast in replacing my power steering pump but left it making noise after replacing it (not tight enough). I heard it make noise when he initially started it up. Rather than tighten it, seems to have left it as is. Luckily, another Your Mechanic mechanic fixed it a few weeks later when we came to work on my other car.
Mark was able to get to my car early - I got informative calls so I knew what was happening. The problem with my car was simple and not surprising, and he fixed it quickly with no fuss (and no phony "here's what else I found" surprises).
The dealer found some leakage on my oil pan. The quoted cost was astonishing. So I got Robert to give me a 2nd opinion. Robert used to be mechanic chief for race car company. He was really knowledgable on all aspects of cars. After checking the leakage, he identified it was a small seepage that wasn't worth to fix. He never tried to up-sale me anything like the dealership did. Going forward, Robert will be the first guy I go to for my car issues.
Rob was great! He showed up a bit early, navigated through my confusing parking lot, and serviced my car in record time! He gave me detailed advice and explained all aspects of his work and recommendations.
I spoke with Kirk after he completed his inspection of a used vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He gave me a detailed report on what items he checked on the car (there were many individual items) and the processes he used to come to his conclusions and final review score about the car. My experience with Kirk is that he knowledgeable, informative, helpful and well-equipped to do a thorough inspection on most any vehicle. I would and will recommend him to others in need of this service, Kirk did a great job and his efforts are much appreciated.
Abrar arrives on-time and performs the work quickly. He takes a thorough inspection and provides useful suggestions. He is also very friendly and is patient when answering my questions. Please keep up with the good work.
