Enrique showed up timely and messaged through the app and called me as well since I didn't see the initiate alert. I appreciate that he reviewed what would be done to confirm it is what I meant to be done. He communicated a realistic timeline. Once the work was done Enrique walked me through that he had completed everything and what future work would be done. He added all those details into future work quotes right in the app. I almost forgot, Enrique also went ahead and made sure my tires were fully inflated too!
