I had an excellent experience using Jose for a pre-purchase car inspection. I was able to talk to him before the inspection and let him know exactly what I was looking for, and he was quick to accommodate. He was courteous throughout, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. He provided me with great feedback and insight about the vehicle, offered useful impressions, and even provided me with good information regarding the dealer (I'm an out-of-state buyer). After I received the inspection report by email, Jose was available to talk to me over the phone to go over the results. He was also quick to let me know I could call him back with any further questions. I got the impression that it was sincerely important to him that I was satisfied with his work.
