Honestly, one of the better service experiences I’ve ever had. He went above and beyond. Jacob was great to talk to, explained what was going on with my car, and gave me the information I needed to make a decision. Could not recommend more highly.

Jacob was on time, went about diagnosing my problem, communicated with me, and worked with me to order parts to get my car repaired. Very happy with the first appointment, and look forward to getting my fuel pump and fuel filter replaced in the coming days. I have an older car, so those parts are not in stock.

We were very impressed with Edmar. We have scheduled the work to be done on Wednesday morning at 9am and we requested Edmar but our appointment reminder does not reflect the request. Very disappointed if this request is not fixed.

Robert was excellent. he came out to change my brake pads and just like cars do, another issue popped up. Robert showed me the problems and got my permission BEFORE fixing them. he ended up having to go get the new parts, which made this job a whole lot longer. but he was persistent and I am grateful that he got my brakes taken care of. Robert's work today is what customer service is all about. Thank you, sir

Alejandros was very courteous. He had trouble with getting the oil filter off due to the previous service. He worked hard to get in off and finish the service even though it required a lot of extra time. He was neat and cleaned up any areas where something spilled. Would definitely use again.
