Benjamin is a great mechanic. I wish the office did better at scheduling. Benjamin had to come from Dallas to the west side of FTW. He arrived very late but kept in contact with me. Once he got there, he worked very quickly to check & install another alternator.

Though Ben kept me waiting for the whole afternoon as he was tied up with the earlier appointment he diagnosed the problem in a few minutes; I do need to make another appointment once the part is available. I do believe that this will fix the long lasting problem with check engine light and gas cap indicator. He is knowledgeable and confident!

Benjamin was amazing, knew exactly what he was doing you could tell he knew what he was doing he started working immediately. He was done in about an hour and also explained since my car was sitting I should take care of a few additional things which was extremely helpful! I def recommend!

Ben was fast with replacing my alternator and even showed me what it looked like under the hood and put my mind at ease. Will definitely be contacting him again for other maintenance work.
