Seemed like a really nice guy and very professional, on time, courteous. Gave an honest assessment of all the issues he discovered with the car. No high pressure upsale tactics on the things that weren't really related to getting me up and running again. Fixed the shift selector cable and I'm back on the road.
I was a bit skeptical about this site and the whole "mobile mechanic" thing. I can't speak for all of them, but this guy is definitely one of the good ones.
Nathan was friendly, a true Profesional. Explained the process of the repair. I definitely will recommend Nathan to my family and friends. For any repair needs that I may have in the future, he's my Guy.
i was a little skeptical using this service at first despite all the great reviews that I read.it sounded too good to be true that there was a mechanic service that will come to you. I had a passenger side window that would not roll up due to it needing a new window/regulator installed. et me just say that unless you have a brand new car that is under warranty good luck on finding someone to fix it. live in the dallas/ ft worth area, Arlington to be exact and you would think a google search using power window repair yield so many results that you would you could just take your pick. nope. this mymechanic and a company which I feel safe in not naming(hint hint) are really the only two credible to show up. my mechanic steven was top notch, knows his stuff that's for sure. very easy to talk to. fixed in less than an hour and I was so satisfied that I scheduled an appointment next week for a tune up and oil change. thanks steven and mymechanic
