Car Battery was dead in the garage of my house. Chriss was on time for his appointment and had the battery replaced within 40 minutes. Nice guy. Explained that he had checked the electrical system and there were no other problems.

Chris was very professional and courteous. He called to inform me that he would be arriving a little late because he just finished with another customer and he was 49 minutes away which would make him 14 minutes late pass his time window of arrival. I greatly appreciated him calling me. Once here he gave me a time frame for my pre buy inspection and it was accurate.He did a thorough one and a half hour inspection on my Mercedes Benz and showed me features that I was not aware of and explained what he was finding along the way. I found him to be knowledgeable and courteous.
