The only issue I had was with your scheduling system. It seems someone who had time off was scheduled to come the first day I scheduled. The time window came and went without contact, and when I called the contact number he asked to reschedule for the next day. I agreed, but the next day there was no contact either. I called the 800 number and was told the mechanic was on vacation and should not have been scheduled. These were the only days I had off of work, so I had to push it to the next week, which was slightly inconvenient, but since it was routine maintenance it wasn't too urgent. The day of the actual visit, though, was great. Andrew was already close by, so he called to ask if it would be alright to arrive early, which was fantastic because I had to be somewhere as soon as possible. It was quick and easy, and he was very thorough going over everything with me. Besides the scheduling mishap I'm very satisfied.
