Joseph was polite, helpful and went above and beyond to deliver great customer service. It happened that I had purchased the wrong replacement headlamp bulb for my car. I did not realize this until Joseph, having already dismantled the car, brought it to my attention. Recognizing that the car was not drivable and it was my only means of transportation, he generously offered to drive me to the nearest auto parts store 2 get the correct replacement bulb.
