First impressions are key and I was already impressed when booking with YourMechanic and their site's interface but will also be a repeat customer because of Victor and his professional attitude and work ethic. Victor was honest and helped explain what my true issue was and how I could tackle it.

My appointment was for 8pm. However mechanic showed up at 1030. He didn't get done until 1230p He was able to text me the reason for being late. However is there something that can be done on my end for the time I lost? It's really an inconvenience when half of your day is gone due to reasons for not getting the job done, regardless of the reason.
