James did a wonderful job. He changed out the starter with out a hitch and now I do not half to worry about an intermittent functioning starter. I was going to change it myself and then looked at the hassle of it...I did not want to deal with it. James made it look easy, but I knew it would have been a chore for me. He was very nice and professional. Gave me some recommendations without being a sales person. I felt he was honest and sincere.
