On time and got right to work.

He came 15 mins ahead of schedule. My car was making weird noise, and I thought it was due to low engine oil. But Jose identified the problem right after hearing the noise. He is an experienced mechanic!!

Jose was great. On time and very professional. Only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is that he couldn't get the service light notice on my dash to go away. They have to send out another mechanic to do it in a couple days.
