Kenneth was awesome... He took the time make me feel that my appointment was the most important to him.. He called me to update what was going on for two days.. The first day he needed to get a drill to remove the regulator.. And returned the next day and completed the job.The response by the service desk was slow to keep me inform ... But Kenneth well above and beyond to get it finished.

I can't believe this! Ricardo knew what he was doing. My mechanic before him did a mess job with my brake light switch last year. It didn't feel right. Ricardo replaced it and it only took 45 mins. He was also checking my tires and engine to make sure everything was good. My brake light switch feels so much better and smooth. I will be using him from now on. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. I called for a check-engine light on our aging MLS 320. A problem it turns out only the dealership can fix. Nonetheless, Rocco was able to give me the litany of issues AND the order of priority. Now I can go to the dealership with all the knowledge I need to be in control. And when they fix the major issue, I'm calling Rocco back to fix the rest of the problems. Overall, great experience with Rocco and the service.

Dennis was friendly, professional and on time! He took some information on my car and told me he would come an get me when he was done. He was completely finished in a little less than 30 minutes, removing the old cv front axle and replacing it. Everything was clean and neat with nothing left undone. Amazing. I wanted to call all of my friends to tell them about my experience. I didn't have to drive around to different shops to get it done and once they had my car apart, tell me it would be two days before they could get the part. He showed up with the part and did it.
