Kenneth was great. He was punctual, conversational, and was willing to answer any questions I had. I had stayed beside to watch the whole process as I like learning and he showed/taught me how certain things worked. He also washed my driveway after finishing the job even though I was the one who insisted I would clean it up and said it was OK. I was also the one who insisted on having the work done on my driveway instead of the street. He also pointed out an incorrect remark (which I already knew was incorrect) made by the previous mechanic who inspected my car. No complaints. Thank you, Kenneth!

Kevin was very good overall, and even though I made a mistake diagnosing how bad the problem was. He was honest and very knowledgable and was able to diagnose properly. I just can't get the issue serviced at this time. But, I will use him in the future.

Napoleon was really nice and showed up way ahead of schedule and explained the process a bit. Car is running :) Only disappointment is that I don't know enough about cars to check every single button to make sure everything is working. Now my speakers have no sound. I have no idea why and I can't continue to keep paying someone to come out and diagnose every small issue. I'm getting rid of the car.
