Alfred actually arrived 10 minutes before our appointment time, and was able to complete the inspection of my car within an hour! Not only was he very efficient, but he was kind enough to take the time to explain why I was experiencing difficulty with my engine starter, and demonstrated he tested it and the car battery. He also checked my car fluids, tires, and breaks. He answered all of my questions patiently and provided me with a quote for a potential follow-up service. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience with Alfred, and will look forward to requesting him for future appointments (should my car need more attention)! This is my 2nd time using this service and I'm completely satisfied. Israel did a great job! Fast and efficient. Shows up on time!
