Let me start out by saying that professionalism that this man portrays is an understatment. My appointment was for 12:30pm and he arrived a half hour early. Not only was Brian punctual he was very informative. He kept me up to date with all the minor and major details of my vehicle. He took care of the problems and concerns i had. He showed up right on time and took his time going thru service and other facets of my vehicle that weren't even being serviced. He went Above and Beyond by helping me with the hood of the car-the latch had broke and he jimmied it where it could open and close after it was in a fender bender-it had Nothing to do with why he was there, but he made sure it was road worthy...We definitely found Our Mechanic in Mathew!
