Carlos did a great job! Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would ask for him in a sec if I have any issues with my vehicles Little stubborn, though when I offered him some water! Lol, being a boiler/ wtr heater pool heater tech I said I got some and walk.

My experience w/Michael was awesome! He showed up on time & was very professional, kind, & helpful. He answered all of my questions & got the repair done quickly but most important the repair was done correctly. He didn't do a half-ass job like mechanics I have dealt with in the past. I was quite pleased with my experience. He also informed me of concerns regarding previous work done on my car & showed me the work he had done. I felt at ease for once & didn't worry about being ripped off like past experiences. I will definitely be coming back to "Your Mechanic" for repairs in the future. I highly recommend them & Michael. Neither poor nor great. Reginald was courteous. He jacked up one side of the car He did not run the engine for a little while to warm up the oil. For both these reasons, the refill did not take five quarts, meaning there was a pint or two of old, dirty oil left in the sump after he "drained" it. Also getting under a jacked-up car without additional jack stands is suicidal. He returned the old filters (and unused oil) to me, which I like. So he gets an "a" and you get a C- for not training him properly. IMHO, of course.
