Rigoberto Is SUPER nice and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to look at immediately and made a thorough report. He informed me what my neighborhood mechanic did wrong on my last repair, which was the cause of my breakdown. He couldn't fix it, needs a dealer part, but he spoke to my mechanic on the phone in English and Spanish in order to inform him exactly what needs to be done. That was VERY generous of him. Helped me to get my mechanic to redo the job. I WILL be requesting Rigobertos if I need a mechanic in Chicago again. Thanks SO much!

Joe was early and was quick to get to work. It was pretty cold that day, so he even offered to keep his car on and allow me to sit and keep warm. I went back and forth with the car dealership trying to pinpoint the problem with my vehicle.
