First time useing a mobile service like this and after meeting and talking to Rigoberto as he removed and installed my new wheel hub assembly in not so pleasant weather I'm sure it will be my last. This had to be the first time I can think of where I had a positive experience having sombody eles work on my car, showed up early, super friendly and full of knowledge. I will be referring him to everybody I know.

Jon is very courteous professional, arrived on time, clarified to me what all repairs he will be performing on my car during the appointment and completed the repair work. Jon couldn't complete one of the part replacement originally requested because faulty part won't come off easily and suggested me to take to a shop instead, I was not charged for the services not performed. In short, I will work with Jon again, if need arise.
Installed new brake pads and rear rotors in an hour. Always on time and with a complete setup to attack any type of job. If you are booking with your mechanic just get Jim and don't waste your time with other mechanics who may not have all they need to complete a job.
Jim showed up on-time and completed the work (tune-up) on my vehicle. What a difference, the vehicle runs great.
