The entire My Mechanic experience was fantastic from start to finish. The online platform to request a bid and book an appointment was seamless. The communication from there all the way until Rigoberto showed up at our door was perfect. Rigoberto was also excellent. Clearly knowledgeable, asked good questions, made some recommendations and was in and out with the new part installed in less than 45 minutes. Really an incredible experience all the way around. Krystal was absolutely fantastic. Got there when she said she would be there and really knows her stuff. While changing thermostat she found crack in radiator and also power steering belt. Car is 14 years old and knew things would need replacing and she was great. Gave me great information and was very professional. I will have Krystal do all my cars mechanical needs. I think this service is fantastic where the mechanic comes to you. I highly recommend them and Krystal
