Called early and let me know where he was and that he will be there soon. Arrived when there was a busy multiple delivery time for Amazon, and UPS, unusual for them to show up simultaneously. He acquired the location, made a U-Turn to my driveway and then we had the first interaction< meet>. Very professional and his questions to me showed his knowledge of the vehicle that he was about to repair. Direct and to the point, I was glad that I had a veteran, a tech. that knew what he was doing. He has speed though experience and called me when the procedure was completed.
