First time using this service and it did not disappoint. I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled with Franky and he was EXCELLENT. I work overnight and sleep during the day and Franky was very considerate. He contacted me on his way, let me know when he arrived and worked on my car while I slept. After he was finished he explained all that was done and what I may need before the brutal Chicago winter approaches. Franky is a very professional mechanic. He greeted me upon his arrival and explained what the job entailed. He took some pictures of the vehicle and logged all the necessary information into the system. He was very detailed oriented and double checked and ensured all of the information required was complete. He rolled up his sleeves and worked quickly and diligently. I was impressed on how fast he rotated the tires and the oil change. I highly recommend Franky as a mechanic and will be requesting Franky in the future for any other mechanic work needed.
