First time using this service and it did not disappoint. I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled with Franky and he was EXCELLENT. I work overnight and sleep during the day and Franky was very considerate. He contacted me on his way, let me know when he arrived and worked on my car while I slept. After he was finished he explained all that was done and what I may need before the brutal Chicago winter approaches. He was professional and efficient and I will be referring him and YourMechanic to others.

Franky is a very professional mechanic. He greeted me upon his arrival and explained what the job entailed. He took some pictures of the vehicle and logged all the necessary information into the system. He was very detailed oriented and double checked and ensured all of the information required was complete. He rolled up his sleeves and worked quickly and diligently. I was impressed on how fast he rotated the tires and the oil change. I highly recommend Franky as a mechanic and will be requesting Franky in the future for any other mechanic work needed.

Franky is easy to get along with. He clearly explained what he was going to do and answered all my questions without anything going-over my head. He worked quickly and methodically. And, when he was through with the inspection, he told me what was wrong and needed immediate repair, and what other less severe repairs might need attention. He even candidly discussed a variety of courses-of-action I could take and which would be most cost effective. Most mechanics I've used in the past seem to go out of their way NOT to do more than have to; but, Franky went out of his way to do everything that SHOULD be done. I've already booked him for my next service. Thanks Franky!

He was very nice and friendly from the very movement he showed up. He was on time and after quick meet and explaining job, he went straight to work. He explained how he was going to perform Gasket valve replacement and CV axle replacement job. I left him with his work and after few hrs, when I got back. He was finishing up with the job. He explained to me in detail what was done and what he recommends to make make sure car stays in good condition.
