He has a natural knack for cars and prides himself in the quality of his work. He also loves chatting with customers and helping them understand the work he does and how they're car works under the hood. Tom's favorite car is a BMW M5.

The conclusion was a bad fuel pump, which is not what I wanted to hear, but that's not Tom's fault.
