Jay provided a hands-on inspection of a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing in Chicago (We live in Detroit). He conducted a thorough examination of all of the systems, accessories, and mechanical aspects, providing a detailed report with photos. Arrived before scheduled time which was great. Very knowledgeable and accurately diagnosed no start no crank issue on my 2010 Camry le 4 cyl. I highly recommend Louise any time you have any car issues. (Diagnos was blown alternator fusible link 120 amp fuse which was very difficult to remove because it was bolted down with 2 screws . Louise didn’t waste any time on anything except straight to the problem area.

Arrived on time (early, in fact!) and was very helpful. Went out to get a new battery for my car and came back to install it, all in under an hour. Did a safety check on my car as well to make me aware of issues that may need to be addressed in the near future. Wore a mask the whole time too, which was appreciated.

Your mechanic has very reasonable prices. I got a quote for my front breaks and rotors for about $400 from Firestone. I thought that's a little more and found Your mechanic online. They gave me a quote for $258 and applied a coup on top of that for another $30 and it turned out to be $230 at last. That's for me are lot of savings and you get mechanic to your home and get the issue fixed. I think I couldn't have asked more than that.
