He arrived earlier than appointment time. He was friendly and explained everything and even follow up care. He pointed out what needed to be fixed ASAP and if I had known prior I would had included it in original quote. First experience with the Your Mechanic service. We believe that we have found our new mechanic as we are booking our next service with Rigoberto.

Rigo was on time (early actually) and very professional. He diagnosed the problem very easily. Due to no fault of his, I did not go forward with the repairs. The quote seemed a little high, but my issue really had to do with the fact that the quote stated that they would only credit me $30 from my deposit towards the repairs. I'm charged $70 as a deposit, so what happens to the other $40? Am I just supposed to give that away? For what purpose? I've never seen a mechanic, or any type of repair service, that doesn't credit the entire amount of the deposit towards the cost of the repairs. The deposit is only supposed to compensate the company for their time, in the event you don't go forward with the repairs.

Rigoberto was awesome! Very friendly and easy to speak with. He ended up arriving early and communicated clearly with me about his availability. He was very professional during the inspection, taking photos where necessary to be added to the media portfolio on YourMechanic. After the inspection, Rigoberto gave us a list of the issues he'd identified and the severity of the issues, plus his overall recommendation of the vehicle. He then gave me advice about maintenance with this vehicle. He had brand / engine specific knowledge for this specific car, and walked me through the maintenance schedule at different mileage points. Couldn't recommend him more! Thanks again!
