Daniel was great. He was early which is better than being on time. He was knowledgeable and patient. After going thru the basic checks and the problem still wasn't clear, he started checking other components. Only then is when he realized my issue was electrical. Although, he wasn't able to fix on the spot I am now able to inform another mechanic what's going on.

Alonzo, came out in the rain prepared to replace the Starter on my car, which I greatly appreciated. But, after making proper diagnosis he realized the issue was not with the Starter but with the AC compressor. My car started up after he looked under the hood and showed me what was actually causing the Issue. However he suggested that I not try to drive it until the AC compressor was replaced. I am “Thankful” that the car did not stop while I was driving. And, I am even more “thankful” that Alonzo showed me in real time, also explaining what the problem was. Alonzo, Thanks again for your professional and ethical assessment. I would give you a 10/10 star rating if I could.
