Albert did a great job! In my experience, you have two types of people in any profession. There are those who can perform the required task, but if there is any deviation from how they've done it the last 100 times, they're practically useless. Like someone who's been trained to change the oil and/or tires. As long as you need one of those tasks done with no hiccups, they're perfectly capable. However, if they find an oil leak, you're better off with a monkey trying to fix it. They are the majority. However, in most professions there is a minority who have a solid conceptual understanding of their job. They are the true problem solvers. They are the individuals who, regardless of the task, will find a way to complete it. They have that rare mix of intelligence, knowledge, experience, passion and tenacity. Albert is definitely in the minority. He showed up on time, which these days is a rarity in itself. He was prepared for the job - also not altogether common anymore. Above all, he completed the job professionally and efficiently; and he did so within the quoted price. That's practically unheard of anymore. In addition, when it came time to do the inspection, he was thorough and offered sound advice that was geared towards the best interest of his customer - me. Considering the predatory nature of the industry, it was refreshing. I will absolutely utilize this resource again for any future repairs.

Answers to common Chrysler Saratoga questions

Q: I can't figure out why there's a leak coming out of the coolant reservoir tank
Answered by Marvin
Hi there. Check the radiator cap to see if it is sealing. Put a pressure tester on the radiator cap and pump it up till the pressure spits out, then let it sit. If the pressure drops down, then the...
Q: Car runs hot

The Check Engine Light may have more to do with the engine than the temperature condition. The engine would need to be checked to see if the radiator is flowing coolant properly, and not partially clogged. The thermostat should be...
Q: car is over heating

Q: Wont remote start and shaking like crazy when manual start

Hi there: Usually if the engine is hard to start and once it does, it shakes pretty violently, it's due to a vacuum leak, or a fuel system sensor that is causing this to occur. The only way to really...

Yourmechanic.com is a woman's prayered answered. My stress was zero. I didn't have to drop off the car and wait for an outrageous quote from the corner mechanic. I was able to schedule and know the price immediately. I will use yourmechanic.com from now on. If you are in the Las Vegas area. I recommend requesting Scott Franklin. He goes above and beyond customer service.

Milton was great! Called to let me know when he'd be arriving. Very friendly & very thorough with his explanations. Took his time to make sure, double, triple check that everything was running properly. Very pleasant experience!
