My experience with the mechanic you guys sent was great. He was really thorough and did not have a problem explaining anything regarding how he was going to resolve my car overheating issue. However, I did have a problem with the company that recommended him because those guys did not do a good job of communicating with the customer about resolving issues when it came to parts. I felt that me as the customer had to call you guys on three occasions asking each representative the same question about how long it was going to take to get the parts to fix the car after it has already been torn apart. The first two representatives said that were going to call back with the information regarding completing the job, but they never did which mad me call you guys again. The third representative, Mr. Paul Lugo did a fantastic job with setting me up with an appointment for mechanic to come back out to complete the job. He was really helpful in getting with the parts department to canceling out the parts ticket because I had to find my own parts for the car. In conclusion, I hope in the future when you guys get the parts wrong for the customer car that you guys do a better job in correspondening with the customer about when parts will be available and when the job will be completed.
