Eric was kind and professional. He went above and beyond when there was a mixup with the parts to make sure the repair was done in a timely manner. He told me the work would take an hour to an hour-fifteen and was done in an hour-ten. I made it to work on time!

Erik was very polite and professional. He introduced himself, we dicussed the issue with my truck and he started diagnostic right away. He went through his test and within 45 minutes he solved the issue. I might add that he worked in the worst conditions possible, cold rain, and wind. Erik is an asset to your company.
