Diego is such a nice guy. Very patient and understanding. The situation was that the tensioner mounting bolt snapped. Diego quickly assessed the situation and understood that the only way to fix it would be to replace everything. Given that I did not have the bolt readily available, or a securing nut, Diego offered to meet me at the auto store where he'd help me find the bolts and nuts needed to make the replacement. That is outstanding.

very disappointed in a/c system i paid 900 for just last year failed, and got an estimate of over 700 for repairs. if a replaced ac system can't last but only a little over a year, somethings wrong!!!!! i won;t be using your service anymore i doubt!!!! Stephen has nothing to do with your lousy equipment and lousy parts warranty!!! the 2 belts that need replacement were probably caused by the ac clutch freezing up when activated, so your shoddy ac equipment probably caused these costs and i don;t think i should be paying for your shoddy equipment and damage caused by it not working!!!!! it's really strange that the prior ac system lasted 10 years before being replaced and your's a little over a year!!!!

He didn't check the right side where I told him the leak was coming from. I took my car and I have picture proof and I saw the transaxle seal leaking. The seal us also crinkled and you got to go under the car look up and see this.I feel a new seal should have been put in because how in the world you going go in and put new parts and put it back with the old stretched out seal!!! Now I have to pay $200 plus to get this fixed. I would have gladly paid the few dollars extra for two new seals as this is proper preventive mechanical maintenance. I refuse to believe it was just an overfill of Trans fluid.

I thankful for Ed as he reassured me that all was well with my car. He checked the leaking Trans fluid and told me what had happened. He told me my car is safe to drive and this was VIP for me.I had a broken foot and this OK made me safe to drive my car again with no fear of a breakdown while on the road.
