Peter is our go-to guy; this was our fourth service he has provided. He has done repairs and made recommendations for two of our cars and he will be the only mechanic touching them in the future! He's always on time and also very honest about what the problem is and how to fix it. He never recommends unnecessary service. It's so hard to find someone to trust these days, and I'm really glad we have Peter!

Answers to common Volkswagen questions

Why does my motor go from running to just dead?
Answered by Jay
There are no recalls or technical service bulletins (TSB) for the stalling while driving complaint, however there have been other owners who've had similar drivability issues. The fuel pump relay may have an intermittent open circuit, causing you to lose...
Tires that came from the factory are not good at all
Answered by Jay
The tires which came with your vehicle should not have had problems with sidewalls cracking or blowing out. I would recommend having the tires checked by the manufacturer for issues or defects which may be covered. To find replacement tires,...
Suspension up front makes a ton of noise, creaks
Answered by Jay
The front suspension has many moving parts which could cause the noise you describe. The most likely cause is the sway bar links binding. They can be inspected by turning the suspension steering and bouncing the car up and down,...
Sagging headliner coming off the ceiling, looks awful

The headliner is a piece of material with a foam backing which is glued to the roof of the interior. The glue used by Volkswagen to adhere the headliner does not hold up very well, causing the material and foam...
