William was very thorough in troubleshooting and diagnostics about whether the fuel pump and its gauge were faulty- turns out the housing was not in tact thereby indicating the tank had more gas than it did. The new fuel pump will provide a more accurate reading of tank gas levels. William was knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He was honest, accurate and I enjoyed getting to know him in the short time in our garage.

Had a very good experience with Steven the first time he came to look at my car. Decided to see if it was just pure luck the second time. Steven provided a very thorough inspection and as result provided the diagnosis of most likely is the root cause for my existing problem. By the way, appointment was scheduled for the weekend because I could not fit in the schedule during the weekdays and he came right on time. Great job Steven!!!
