He arrived promptly, checked the car, identified the problem efficiently and had it resolved within an hour (including time for him to go and get some replacement components). He also pointed out several other issues that I should address in the near future, but was not pushy. Throughout the work he was courteous and informative.

Awesome. First, Your Mechanic team will try to understand the exact problem as much as they can asking the right information and they are always trying to suggest the right thing and required repairs only, instead of ripping off the customer with HUGE unnecessary bills.. My car had a thermostat failure and they brought the OEM parts, and also I requested them to use the exact coolant that dealer would have used and they obliged. Their Customer service is awesome. Whitney, I strongly recommend him for any repairs. The thermostat in my car resided very close to engine, and he was very sure of what he was doing and demonstrated great skill. He will also let you understand what he is doing and i really gained lot of understanding of my car than before. Most Dealers or mechanics would not even show what they did as part of their repairs. He also told me about the other things i need to take care, repaired that alternator which was stuck due to aging although it was not his job. I also had an oil change for free. I will surely have my car checked by him in future.

This is my second appointment with Whitney, and he definitely takes care of my car very well.. I had to replace my brake pads, and not did he do it, but did a fifty point check, and filled up air, and smoothened the wheels, and now my car is running like a horse with great gas mileage. And all this for free. You never get such a honest and trustworthy mechanic for you

Robert was quick to diagnose that the changes recommended by the VW dealer was ALL not necessary. He figured out the needed changes and worked with me to order the parts. Even though this took 3 trips to get the right parts (the company was supposed to procure parts which was not done correctly & no fault of Robert), he was finally able to procure the right one and do the work to set it up. Recommend Robert for your car issues if you want to have just the right work done, rather than taking to the dealers, who seem to suggest unnecessary stuff.
