I am leaving 4.5 stars rounded up to 5, because Noe really appears to be a skilled mechanic and knows a lot about cars. What is missing for that half star - tire rotation needs sensor resetting on my car, which was not done. Oil change requires oil life % status reset, which I can do easily, but anyways.

Noe gave me an excellent description of what was wrong, how he fixed it, and showed me the parts he had replaced. Very friendly and answered all my questions! I really appreciate his expertise; my car is running wonderfully smoothly!

The repair Charles came for was on my son's first car. It needed a new starter. Charles made the repair while my son watched. Charles also explained other things that my son would need to do on the car while he drove it. Great service. Charles was on time and the repair was done in the anticipated amount of time. We will use him again when we need work done on our other cars. Thank you.

Excellent. I was over an hour late to my appointment and he waited patiently. He took his time doing the inspection and then brought me in the car with him for the test drive portion. He was very thorough. He also spent some time reattaching a separated cold-air intake for me without charge. He pointed out the problems correctly and made good recommendations. A++

Robert performed the oil pan gasket change despite it being a huge pain for this type of car and engine (support structure required, need for the transmission to be moved, etc.). While on the job, he noticed that the serpentine belt was being eaten by a small rock stuck underneath it. Fully satisfied with the job!
