Keven was super-friendly and didn't seem to mind going into the particulars of the work whenever I had questions. He also didn't do any of the hard-selling that some people suspect mechanics of doing - as part of his inspection, he pointed out a few issues where maintenance was overdue, but he also made it clear that none of it was serious or needed urgent attention, so I could take my time dealing with them.
