Service was thorough, the Groupon deal was great for the oil change and tire rotation. Noe was professional and friendly, and took time to explain maintenance needed and how urgent it was. Was an overall pleasant experience.

Cesar was very knowledgeable about my issue and answered all of my many questions to help me determine this was not a repair I wanted to attempt myself. He also was very thorough on the entire vehicle inspection that he performed while providing me with an estimate for repair. I appreciated his honesty and his sharing of information. I have requested his services for the actual repair and look forward to working with him again soon.

Cesar was thorough and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. I would recommend Cesar to others and for any future vehicle issues I may have.

Wayne was great! To my delight he showed up 30 minutes. I was eating breakfast when he arrived, so he told me to finish eating while he ran through and did his 50 point inspection. By the time I was done he quickly diagnosed the problem, gave some other suggested upcoming services (common services: brake fluid flush and oil change), was super friendly, and I was on my way! Thanks Wayne!

When was very professional. You got the work done. He will be doing work for me in the future when I get a tune up on my vehicle roughly in a month. He does outstanding work.

I’ve been working on my own cars for a very long time and there isn’t much that I can’t fix. This time was different though... I spent 40+ hours troubleshooting and replacing part after part but nothing seemed to work. Finally I’d had enough and threw in the towel and made an appointment on this site and I’m DEFINITELY glad that I did. David arrived right on time and had my problem fixed within an hour!

Casey is very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He was able to troubleshoot the problem of my truck and in the process of getting ready to replace the starter he discovered that there was a faulty solenoid to the starter. He replaced the solenoid ( a $10.00part) and avoided having to install a new starter saving me over $ 300.00 ! I will definitely use Casey again in the future

DEAR CASEY . I had figured out what the problem was and you agreed. It was the alternator. HOWEVER CASEY....I need you to know that the comment you made about 'something like a fan BELT or something'...well, it turns out our car has been making this 'BELT' sound since the install of the alternator. I bet you know what it is, right? Please Call either me, Cindy Rose or my husband, John Rose at 206-527-6598 Thank you!
