I liked that Your Mechanic put Jesse‘s profile and picture on my appointment schedule, so that I could feel comfortable when he arrived by recognizing his smile. He was on the early side of all time which was very nice. He was courteous and professional when he spoke to me and as we talked about the car, he spoke to me, not at me, big plus to me, we recently moved to San Antonio Texas, and really didn’t have any connections to ask about auto service, I took a chance looking online, and was so surprised at Your Mechanic ‘s quick response and costs.. but wait ! It gets even better. My vehicle did not need everything. I thought it did and Jesse and I was able to get the job done with less time and expense, and I think if we need vehicle maintenance, I will call and see if I can book Jesse to come for the next project!

He's a good guy and probably a really great mechanic. Unfortunately I didn't even get to have Ryan look at my engine because my key fob went bad. So i couldn't even have him look into why it wouldn't start. But that wasn't his fault. He was still a good guy, and I'd definitely recommend him as a mechanic to look at my car or anybody's car for that matter

Reginald was incredibly helpful in helping me to diagnose several issues in my car, as well as repair issues to help me pass a break and light test. He even went so far as to come to the brake and light testing location so that he could ensure that the car passed and be there if anything else needed to be fixed on the spot.
