Jesse started his tech journey working at a family run shop that his father opened up in 2004. Needed my car's electrical system diagnosed. Had a couple mechanics come out prior to Jesse, who all failed to properly diagnose my issue. He was the first one to actually pull out a tester to actually make an effort to see what was going on and found that I had a bad ground cable. I never needed a new alternator or battery or starter that I had already wasted so much money on. Jesse was honest and actually cared to try and help me and not automatically jump to the simplest explanation and get me repairs that I did not need. If you have an opportunity, pick Jesse. Awesome service and a great guy. Knowledgeable and experienced.
