Quick repair of a starter...once it was diagnosed. Downside to mobile service, if you dont know what is wrong with car...you may have to wait an extra day for the fix. No ding to mechanic. Just nature of the mobile beast. And me having no clue.

Josh was very courteous, came on time. Had scheduled Josh to replace Catalytic converter. However it could not be completed due to the condition where the converter could not be removed at a residential place as the bolts were rusted/frozen and the chances of breaking it would be high and he didn't want the vehicle to be UN-drive-able and stuck on the drive way. Recommended to take to a shop for repairs as it will be safer. Josh did thorough inspection and gave a candid assessment of the repair that needs to be made.
