Arrived on time (actually 30 min early), very well organized, looked over other areas of engine noting a couple other things that needed to be addressed, gladly answered any questions I had....would recommend Michael to someone else. I have had bad experiences with the previous two "mechanics" that "serviced" my car... Michael is a breath of fresh air...much appreciated.

Had the pleasure of meeting Michael last Saturday. He did some work on my 2003 Hyundai sonata, Michael arrived several minutes earlier then the expected appointment time. He also pointed out everything that he was doing while working on the car. After finishing the job he did an inspection of the car and gave me several quotes on things that needed to get fix. He also took the time to let me know which things I could get fixed at one time that were in the same area of the engine. He'll definitely be the mechanic I call on when I need work done for my vehicle.

Michael was Excellent! He was honest with me, on time with appointment, and very professional. It turned out that I didn’t need a starter after all once he did my inspection! The battery cables were actually just too loose. He changed my oil and filter. He even killed a wasp nest that was in the door jam of the car for me with his brake spray. I will definitely recommend and will use Michael again!!

Michael was prompt, courteous and efficient. He explained what he was going to do, and explained his recommendations. I loved being able to check off getting my oil changed while getting the kids off to school.

If I could give Michael 10 stars I would. Michael started off by contacting me the morning of my appointment to get a full understanding of what was going on. This made me feel as he wanted to be prepared for the job. My BMW was not starting and as soon as he got there he started it and already had an idea of what was going on, but he didn’t stop there he inspected my car and gave me a full report and more advice than the BMW shop I took it to months ago. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He did not rush or try to push unnecessary sevices on me. He explained what I needed, why I needed it and when I should get it done by. This is the kind of mechanic you want working on your car and I have a BMW 745Li and we all know the issues these cars can have. He will definitely be getting my business.
