We have used Michael at least 6 times this year. We are a non profit that purchases cars to give to single mom's that qualify. Michaels makes sure he communicates all safety items to us since he understands our program and mission statement.

Arrived on time (actually 30 min early), very well organized, looked over other areas of engine noting a couple other things that needed to be addressed, gladly answered any questions I had....would recommend Michael to someone else. Michael Straub was the mechanic scheduled to repair my vehicle rear brakes. Michael arrived on time and gave me an outline on what to expect from his service. Michael went right to work and informed me my rear brakes were fine just needed to be adjusted and cleaned. Michael did an inspection of my front brakes and he determined that my front brakes are worn and the rotors need to be replaced. He also discovered that the ball/joint was bad and I need new tie rods in the front on left and right sides. I appreciate his professionalism and approaching the situation with a caring attitude. Michael was candid with me about what my vehicle needed for repair. His recommendations were not only for my information, but to inform me of the risks involved if repairs are not made.Thanks Michael!
