A by the way, I'd seen how the job is done on YouTube, so I had different expectations in the process from his approach. Overall great job! Collins showed up as expected and accessed the issue I had with my car. I initially assumed it was my radiator, but after an inspection of my car is was found to be a hose that needed to be replaced. He was very thorough with his diagnosis and pinpointing the exact issue. I am fully pleased with his service and professionalism.

I was amazed to get so quick an appointment after discovering hot air blowing into my car instead of cool. I was more amazed that David would come on a Saturday! He not only came, even a little early, but he quickly got cold air for me, also flushed my brown brake fluid and refilled the tank with pretty yellow.. David explained the AC problem and warned that his "fix" is probably temporary and why. Since I drive my car only a couple times a week for short trips, I will wait to get the system replaced until it becomes necessary, then request David. David is the fifth service person I've dealt with through YourMechanic, each one excellent--personable, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Rubynelle Thyne

Arrived early (excellent), very knowledgeable and did a great job. He replaced power steering pump, I had car in garage. He recommended moving it outside to avoid possible fluid on garage floor. Very nice service touch to recommend that. Would use again in a heartbeat.
