He ran into some difficulty part way through. Turned a 5 hr job into a 9 hour job. Knowing my wife needed the van to go to work and that we were planning on driving it to Florida on vacation he stayed with it and got the job done. He is quite knowledgeable. He genuinely cares!!

Job well done!

Great guy. Was very up front and transparent through the whole process.

Mark made sure that I verified the work was done to my satisfaction and explained what to expect in the next few days as my breaks are broken-in. Very happy with the quality of his work.
