I got into my Elantra to go to lunch, turned the key and...nothing. The dashboard lights flickered a bit, there was some clicking, but nothing else happened. Since I've used YourMechanic in the past for a previous battery problem with my Mustang, I decided to schedule an estimate to diagnose the problem since I believed it to be a battery issue. Yup, it turned out to be a dead battery, which he went and got and, of course, installed and fixed. Lucas was excellent, courteous and explained the issues at hand.

Peter was great, "Your Mechanic" however sucked. They said that a 2nd inspection was required by a master mechanic, but that there was no master mechanic available in my area, Los Angeles County.
