The appointment went fine. Unfortunately the part was not correct for the problem. Not Dan's fault, just that the part needed is obsolete. If I can find the part from a junkyard, I'll reschedule.
Dan was not very convincing of his willingness to solve my engine light problem. Based on the fact I had just had the car repaired (water Pump) under warranty at the stealership. I told him what they told me about a misfiring cyl #4 to be exact but after only a few minuets his response was looks like they changed your spark plugs and I don't have the proper equipment like Cadillac does to say what it really is.
Brandon was right on time for the appointment at my place of work which I appreciated. He answered the questions I had about my car, and explained what needed to be done by showing me what had happened, or had pictures of what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend him.
