This was my first time using any mobile mechanic service. I am a big research and review person when it comes to looking for goods and services. After having several problems with different mechanic shops in my area I decided to give yourmechanic a try. I needed rear brakes and rotors installed on my truck, and while I already had purchased the parts with the intention to put them on myself, I just haven't had the time. So I went onto yourmechanic's, received a quick instant quote, scheduled my time, and that was it. Melvin the mechanic arrived at my work early.I moved my car to a place in the parking lot where he would have more room to work and I gave him my keys. About 45 minutes later the job was done. Melvin came into my work, gave me keys, and I signed off on the work order. This was the quickest, easiest, most affordable way I've ever had my vehicle repaired. No taking my vehicle into a garage where you wait for hours only to be pressured into having other possible problems fixed and typically paying a lot higher price for the job. Yourmechanic's prices on the parts were close to what you would pay at a parts store and their labor prices were a lot lower than most garages. I saved a hundred dollars on parts and labor versus what a local garage was going to charge me for my brake job. I will be using yourmechanic from now on for all my repair work on my vehicles. Jacob was extremely nice! Very methodical about his approach. I talked to Several mechanics and none of them could explain why my vehicle was doing what it was doing. Jacob told me upfront that he wasn’t sure he would be able to fix it but, I told him to come on out.… LOL… He arrived and had the truck running in 20 minutes. Very nice guy. I highly recommend Jacob.
