Frank was so efficient! Highly recommended!

I had to book Mr. Jackson because Jose was not available on the date I needed the repair. He showed up a little over 30 minutes later than my scheduled appointment and I had to direct him to my suite # at my job. He gave no explanation for being late but he did the work I requested. I would have liked a detailed quote for any additional services (like Jose did for me with my previous repair) but I am grateful that the work I requested was done.

Frank was prompt in his arrival and diagnosis. You can tell he is skilled at what he does. I am looking forward to getting repairs done with him in the future.

Frank was on time and professional. He did forget to reset a setting and said he'd come back, but didn't hear from him again. One issue with the YourMechanic service is that they didn't provide a detailed report of what they did. Their detailed report just gives summaries of the condition of several things. For example, it said tires were good. It didn't say whether they rotated them which was supposed to be part of the service. I probably won't use the service again and will return to the dealer.

Frank is the man. I couldn't ask for a better mechanic. This was my first experience using YourMechanic, and I was a tiny bit skeptical that a mobile mechanic could service my coupe at my workplace. And this was a pretty big repair too. But I couldn't be happier and now I'm a believer in this type of service. I had to get my timing belt/serpentine belt/water pump/tires rotated/synthetic oil changed. I asked for quotes from 3 shops around me from a small privately owned shop to a national chain and I was given a $850-1500 price range. I was billed $670 by YourMechanic. As far as the service, Frank was on time, got the job done in less time then was quoted (3 hours vs 4.5 hours), and made the whole process stress free. He called me after the work was done, I let him finish up the paper work on the app, I signed on his phone to say he did the work I wanted, and I got the keys back and went back to work at my job. Couldn't believe how awesome and smooth the whole service was. If you get Frank, you're in great hands. You da man Frank!
