Abdul is the consummate professional. He effectively and efficiently replaced my alternator. This was my first time using the Your Mechanic program and it certainly won't be the last.
Abdul you are the MAN!!!
Awesome service experience!! Robert was on time, very professional, replaced my alternator, and had my car back up and running. He also explained everything, and did a fantastic job!! Thank you Robert!!!
He was late. So first impression was not going well. At 9:26 he's finally here.
He was taking pictures of the van. I asked & he explained. I think he should of explained first before the picture were taken. - I could see where he was coming from with the pics.
OverAll. He did a great job. Told me things about my ride that I guessed, but didn't want to admit.
I appreciate his frankness. Would I use him again? Yes!
I'll add no one time is more valuable then the next. Regardless of what's on your plate for that day.
Little background on myself: I'm a 20-something female who drives high milage Nissans. Your Mechanic told me the mechanic that they had scheduled could not make it, so Omari to the rescue...which means that he had about 4 hours notice before the appointment. I usually have to weed out mechanics who think that I don't know what I'm talking about when my car acts up. Omari didn't give me any hassle whatsoever when I handed him a part that I bought, didn't try to convince me that it wouldn't work. Some mechanics tell and don't show when explaining problems to women. Omari is good in that he went over the problems like most mechanics will if they are talking it over with a guy...he will do some showing, some explaining, and some answer-that-annoying-question-ing. After fixing the problem, he stuck around for me to do a test drive and to help me wait for the Your Mechanic resolution center (alas, they are a bit slower than he is). I would definately ask for him again :)
