Your Mechanic needs to keep people like Howard. He completed a very extensive job (lifting intake manifold to get to spark plugs and putting every single thing back) in a very quick and timely manner. He was willing to give some helpful tips for where I can jack up the car when I want to do my own amateur work on the tires.
Little background on myself: I'm a 20-something female who drives high milage Nissans. Your Mechanic told me the mechanic that they had scheduled could not make it, so Omari to the rescue...which means that he had about 4 hours notice before the appointment. I usually have to weed out mechanics who think that I don't know what I'm talking about when my car acts up. Omari didn't give me any hassle whatsoever when I handed him a part that I bought, didn't try to convince me that it wouldn't work. Some mechanics tell and don't show when explaining problems to women. Omari is good in that he went over the problems like most mechanics will if they are talking it over with a guy...he will do some showing, some explaining, and some answer-that-annoying-question-ing. After fixing the problem, he stuck around for me to do a test drive and to help me wait for the Your Mechanic resolution center (alas, they are a bit slower than he is). I would definately ask for him again :)
