Nate was awesome. Communicated clearly and was upfront and called ahead when he knew he might be a few minutes late. During the appointment he was friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable about the services. The oil change was quick and the diagnostic work was very informative. I've already handed his cards to some friends here at school, and I'll definitely be calling him again! Thanks, Nate!
